Liding\u00f6 kommune tilbyr valgfrihet i hjemmetjenesten. De eldre kan velge om de vil ha kommunal eller privat hjemmetjeneste, uten prisforskjeller. I avtalen inng\u00e5r blant annet trygghetsalarm d\u00f8gnet rundt, og totalt tar kommunen h\u00e5nd om ca. 1100 kunder.<\/p>\n

Problematikk<\/strong><\/p>\n

For \u00e5 skape tillit blant kundene og trygghet hos personalet, m\u00e5 kommunen vise en tydelig strategi og en helhetlig tiln\u00e6rming i n\u00f8kkelh\u00e5ndteringen. Fordi n\u00f8klene g\u00e5r til folks hjem, er det en bekymring blant kundene, dels rundt h\u00e5ndteringen, men ogs\u00e5 rundt utrykningen, da det er viktig \u00e5 komme raskt ut til stedet. N\u00e5r en trygghetsalarm brukes, m\u00e5 hjelpen komme raskt til. Det m\u00e5 simpelthen ikke skje at sikkerheten svikter p\u00e5 grunn av n\u00f8kkelproblemer.<\/p>\n

L\u00f8sning<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00e5 er alle n\u00f8klene samlet i et elektronisk n\u00f8kkelsystem med tydelig struktur over kundenes n\u00f8kler. Det f\u00f8res logger over hvem som har tar h\u00e5nd om hvilken n\u00f8kkel og hvor den g\u00e5r. En viktig del av arbeidet med Liding\u00f6 kommune, er B.R.A Securitys support, som er tilgjengelig 24\/7 hele \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n
